Fast Document Legalisation for Cuba – Get Your UK Documents Attested

To be accepted in Cuba, documents require a multi-step legalisation process. They must first be legalised with an Apostille from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and then submitted to the Cuban Consulate in London for further consular attestation.

Specific Requirements

  • Mandatory Spanish Translation: All documents must be professionally translated into Spanish.

  • Notarisation: The Spanish translation must be notarised. This can be done as a dual-language format or as a separate translated document.

  • Double Apostille: Both the original English document and the notarised Spanish translation must each be issued with their own FCDO Apostille.

  • Individual Processing: If submitting a bundle of documents, each must be individually translated, notarised, and Apostilled.

Our Fees and Processing Times

Our comprehensive service fee to manage the entire consular submission process is £100 + VAT

This is in addition to the official consular charges, which are currently:

  • £107 per document or Apostille

  • £24 administrative fee charged by the consulate

➡️ Please note: The Cuban Consulate accepts payment in cash only.

We manage the entire process on your behalf, from the initial FCDO Apostille to the final consular attestation, ensuring compliance with all Cuban legalisation requirements.
